Fletcher Tembo

Dr Fletcher Tembo has over 20 years of experience designing and delivering locally-driven governance projects. He has worked across Africa and in several Asian countries.  Fletcher has substantial experience applying Problem-Driven Iterative Adaptation (PDIA) approaches and is an expert in Political Economy Analysis (PEA). His approach to PEAs is practical and impact driven.  Fletcher also has experience working on innovations in using digital technologies for inclusive, accountable governance. This includes work understanding the political economy of country-level public data access and ecosystems.  Fletcher was previously a Senior Research Fellow at the Overseas Development Institute and has written widely on governance, development, and political economy analysis.
