Amy Jacobs

Operations Manager

Amy oversees day-to-day operations, HR, financial management, and provides programme management and business development support.

Amy has implemented organisational improvement initiatives across Kivu.  She provides local partners with tailored support for their own operational efficiency and effectiveness. Most recently she has worked with local think tanks in Malaysia and Cambodia.  

Amy has extensive experience in various HR roles within large international organisations based in the UK and the Middle East. Before joining Kivu, she served as an Operations Manager at Teach For America in the US.
