Aditi Pandey has track record of using economic analysis and evidence to inform change. This includes work on issues of social protection, climate change, carbon credits and gender.
Aditi has expertise in policy research and analysis, with a focus on economic development. She has supported partners including international development agencies and local civil society organisations.
Before joining Kivu, Aditi worked with UNICEF in Central Asia and Eastern Europe, focusing on social protection and climate change policy. She also worked for the Indian think tank, The Energy and Resources Institute (TERI) on carbon finance and climate policy. Her work in India also included support for NGOs to eradicate period poverty and end taboos around menstruation.
Aditi holds a Master’s in Public Administration with a specialisation in Economic Policy from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
